Vale landscape partnership project

by Admin on October 9, 2015

Those who attended the TEV AGM held at the Fleece on Monday 5 October watched a powerful presentation from the Vale Heritage Landscape Project, which could bring great benefits to the Vale over the next few years. The Council officer responsible is Rebecca Lashley, who is looking at how we can better preserve the heritage of the Vale, both for current residents and to attract more visitors to the region. Key issues include renovating old Vale buildings, discovering more about the people who have made the Vale and more practically improving our water quality which is currently rather poor. TEV will be collaborating with the Project over the next months as it develops its focus and applies for substantial Government funding. Anyone interested could contact TEV or Rebecca via Wychavon or Worcestershire Councils. More details on the attached slides from her presentation.
